His career stint includes Dalmia Bharat Sugar & Industries Limited, EID Parry India Ltd, Ghodawat Consumer Ltd, and HSBC Global Resourcing. He has lead teams and has extensive experience in Strategic Planning, Board Reporting, Cost Control & Profitability Management, FP&A, Treasury, Pricing, MIS & Costing, Budgeting, Compliances & Risk Management, Auditing & Taxation, Internal Financial Controls & Digital Transformation. Currently, as a Senior Finance Professional, he acts as a Strategic Partner and sounding board to the CEO, Group CFO and the Board of Directors in value creation. He also has gained exposure and contributed significantly to Strategic Finance Areas like IPO, Merger & Acquisition from deal structuring to integration, Due Diligence, Valuation & Financial Modelling, Private Equity, Government Subsidies/Incentives, Production Linked Incentives (PLI).
